Car Hire Agreement
All vehicle rentals in Enniskillen are governed by a comprehensive Rental Agreement, which you will receive upon booking confirmation or when collecting your vehicle. This agreement outlines specific terms, conditions, insurance information, applicable charges, and your obligations related to the rental. In case of any discrepancies between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.

Renting a vehicle with us requires:

Booking and Payment Details
- Reservations can be made via our website, by telephone, or directly at our Enniskillen office. A deposit may be necessary to confirm your booking. Full payment and a security deposit are usually required upon vehicle pickup. All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT as applicable. We accept major credit and debit cards, with transactions processed securely through trusted payment providers.
Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off
- At the time of collection in Enniskillen, it is important to conduct a thorough inspection of the vehicle and report any pre-existing damage without delay. A vehicle condition report will be prepared and must be signed by you. Please ensure that the vehicle is returned in the same condition as it was collected, taking into account normal wear and tear. Prohibited Activities
Prohibited Uses of Your Vehicle
- Use of the vehicle for illegal activities is strictly prohibited. Engaging in racing, rallying, off-roading, or other risky endeavors is not allowed. The transportation of hazardous materials is forbidden. Sub-letting or permitting unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle is unacceptable. Driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited. The vehicle must only be used for its intended purposes and within established passenger and weight limits. Driving beyond the agreed geographical boundaries without prior authorization is not permitted.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and fees.
8. Liability Limits
To the fullest extent allowed by Northern Irish law, Car Hire Enniskillen will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the rental amount paid in the past year. This limitation does not apply to cases of negligence resulting in death or personal injury, nor to instances of fraud.
Local Legal Framework
These Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Enniskillen.
